PUBLIC NOTICE INFORMATION UPDATE

Members of the community met Sunday to discuss the PUBLIC NOTICE issued by the EPD following a request for a buffer variance on 284 acres on the northwestern shore of High Falls Lake.
(See link below right to view the PUBLIC NOTICE)

We determined:

  • The conditions for commenting on the request are VERY specific; failure to adhere to these conditions may result in your COMMENT being disqualified.

  • We need to see the plans so we can better understand the scope of the project.

Therefore, the HFTWA is hosting a short COMMUNITY MEETING to allow people to sign comments that will:

  • Meet the specific conditions.

  • Be hand delivered to the EPD office, if you like. or

  • Allow you to get more information that will help you submit your comment by email/mail.
